Neutral-Point Pt. 1
We all are aware of the current focus on energy as it relates to the mind, perception, beliefs, intentions, thoughts, and emotions. This is with good reason since our reality is created from the mind based on the above emanators. Which brings me to my point, our state of perception, which in fact is a feedback loop.
You see, it is our thinking that creates our reality, yet we may perceive it as the result of circumstances outside of our thinking/creating. The loop is that you will always get back/experience what to put out by way of beliefs, intentions, thoughts, and emotions. This being the case, the sooner we realize this and consciously and intentionally take charge of our thoughts, the sooner we can have what we expect.
Most, if not all, of us have underlying limiting beliefs that form impediments to us receiving our desires. It is said that limiting beliefs must be uncovered before being addressed properly. However, this is not always the case. In fact, there is a much easier way to neutralize these undercover nemeses. It takes a little practice, but once you master it, it will transform your life in observable ways.
There are other spiritual disciples that use similar concepts, but this technique is very easy to implement into your thought process. I call it neutral-point or undefined. It's simply the practice of remaining neutral or not defining the unfolding of the now/moment. This means not labeling people as i.e. frustrating, rude, slow, incompetent, or situations as sad, infuriating, unfair, etc. these reactions produce an emotional roller-coaster ride of which you are not the driver. (I will continue this article in my next post.)
